A Passion for Design Meets Real Estate Expertise

The Problem with Traditional Real-Estate Transactions

As a contractor and designer in the custom home building business for 16 years, I noticed a gap in the industry. Typically, realtors provide buyers and sellers with information about the basic sale process; however, many lack the construction and design expertise necessary to provide customers with the broad scope of possibilities that could significantly impact the potential and value of a home.

In an ideal world, one individual would be able to provide customers with multi-faceted knowledge necessary to achieve their real-estate goals.

How this Problem Impacts Potential Buyers

After becoming a real estate agent, I noticed a common mistake of novice buyers: overlooking potential homes because they were not conventionally attractive. Many of these homes had great bones with impressive potential, one that could be illuminated by an agent who comes prepared with construction and design experience.

How This Problem Impacts Potential Sellers

After enjoying a home for several years, many sellers don’t know where to begin in terms of updates that will maximize the selling potential of their homes. Skillfully selected renovations and repairs can make a tremendous difference in how a home is perceived by potential buyers. Sellers should be well-informed about about which updates will pay the greatest dividends once their home goes on the market. Furthermore, sellers must understand how to execute these updates on a specific budget in order to render their efforts profitable once the sale is complete.

Now imagine if one person could coordinate all these needs.

One Agent. One Designer. One Contractor.
